Cisco Interface Differ

A few days ago I posted a link to a "Javascript Differ" that I put together to help sort through the output of Cisco devices after making changes. Unfortunately I was a bit hasty in publishing it as I hadn't tested it with Firefox.

I've since gone through and corrected this so that the code will work on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome (which is handy for making it a cool little desktop app). I've also gone through and skinned it! True to form, my style is much more functional than it is pretty, but I had a fun time brushing up on my CSS skills!

The Differ works best when used with the output of the show ip interfaces brief command. The idea is that you run the command before and after working on the device and this will compare the output to ensure that you were successful.

See it HERE.
